Department of eGovernment (hereafter referred as “DeG”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. We have designed the Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) to explain how and when DeG collects, uses, and safeguards the information you provide.

تلتزم دائرة الحكومة الإلكترونية، حكومة الشارقة (والمُشار إليها فيما بعد بالدائرة أو نحن) باحترام خصوصيتك وحمايتها. لقد قمنا بوضع سياسة الخصوصية هذه (والمشار إليها لاحقًا بالوثيقة) لتوضيح كيف ومتى يتم جمع المعلومات التي تزودنا بها وكيفية استخدامها وحمايتها.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.

The terms used in this Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible at Self Service Password Portal (hereafter referred as “SSPP”) unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

تحمل المصطلحات المستخدمة في هذه الوثيقة ذات المعنى الوارد في وثيقة الشروط والأحكام، التي يمكن الوصول إليها من خلال بوابة الخدمة الذاتية لكلمة المرور (والتي يشار إليها هنا وفيما بعد بـ “SSPP“ما لم تنص هذه الوثيقة على غير ذلك.

For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to name, mobile number, security answers and email address. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.

لكي تستمتع بتجربة أفضل عند استخدام خدمتنا؛ قد نطلب منك تقديم بعض المعلومات المحددة للهوية الشخصية، ويشمل ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر رقم الهاتف,الأسئلة الامنية و البريد الإلكترونى. سوف نحتفظ بالمعلومات التي قمنا بطلبها، واستخدامها على النحو المبين في هذه الوثيقة.

Most of this information may be used by us to enable us to review, develop and improve the services which we offer and provide you with information we think you will find valuable. We will not share your details with any third party without your explicit permission, unless required by law enforcement action, or UAE law.

قد نستخدم معظم هذه المعلومات لتمكننا من مراجعة وتطوير وتحسين خدماتنا التي نوفرها لك، علاوة على ذلك، تزويدك بالمعلومات التي نرى أنها ستكون مفيدة لك. لن يطلع أي طرف آخر على بياناتك إلا بعد الحصول على إذن صريح منك، وذلك ما لم يُتطلب إجراء تطبيق القانون أو أن يقتضي قانون دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة غير ذلك.

The SSPP may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, such as Bluetooth, calendar, camera, contacts, microphone, reminders, sensors, SMS, social media accounts, storage, etc. and others. If you want to change your access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings.

قد يتطلب SSPP بالوصول أو إذن الوصول إلى ميزّات معينة في هاتفك النقال، بما في ذلك [البلوتوث والتقويم والكاميرا وجهات الاتصال والميكروفون ورسائل التذكير وأجهزة الاستشعار و الرسائل النصية وحسابات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي والتخزين] وغيرها من الميزّات. وفي حالة رغبتك في تغيير إمكانية الوصول أو إذن الوصول، يمكنك ذلك من خلال إعدادات هاتفك النقال.

Log Data

جمع البيانات

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the SSPP we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the SSPP when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

نود إعلامك بأنه في حال حدوث أي خطأ في SSPP عند استخدامك للخدمة، فإننا نقوم بجمع بيانات ومعلومات عنك (وذلك من خلال منتجات تابعة للطرف الآخر) مثبتة على هاتفك. وتعرف تلك العملية بجمع البيانات. قد تشمل تلك العملية على بيانات على سبيل المثال لا الحصر: عنوان بروتوكول الإنترنت واسم الجهاز وإصدار نظام التشغيل وضبط SSPP عند استخدام الخدمة، ووقت وتاريخ استخدامك للخدمة وغيرها من البيانات الإحصائية.

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.

ملفات تعريف الارتباط عبارة عن ملفات تحتوي على القليل من البيانات المستخدمة بشكل عام كمعرفات مجهولة مميزة. تُرسل هذه الملفات إلى متصفحك من الموقع الإلكتروني الذي تزوره، وتُخزن في ذاكرة جهازك الداخلية.

This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the SSPP may use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of this Service.

We have implemented security policies, rules and technical measures to protect the personal data that we have under our control, in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Sharjah and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.

نحن ملتزمون بحماية المعلومات التي تقدمها لنا. لقد قمنا بوضع سياسات أمنية وقواعد وإجراءات فنية من أجل حماية بياناتك الشخصية التي بحوزتنا، وذلك بموجب القوانين والتشريعات الاتحادية النافذة في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة والمعمول بها في إمارة الشارقة.

The security measures are designed to prevent unauthorized access, improper use or disclosure, unauthorized modification and unlawful destruction or accidental loss. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

وُضعت التدابير الأمنية لمنع الوصول غير المصرح به أو الاستخدام غير المناسب أو الإفصاح أو إجراء تعديل غير مصرح به وإتلاف غير قانوني أو فقد طارئ؛ ولكن ينبغي أن تضع في عين الاعتبار أنه لا توجد طريقة نقل من خلال الإنترنت أو تخزين إلكتروني آمن وموثوق به بنسبة 100% ولا يمكننا أن نضمن لك الأمن المطلق لها.

By using, accessing or registering with the SSPP, you agree that DeG is not responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort arising from or relating to any breach of our security, circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures, or interception of your transmissions (see also Terms of Use). Any transmission by you is at your own risk.

عند استخدامك SSPP أو الدخول عليها أو التسجيل فيها، فإنك بهذا توافق على أن الدائرة غير مسؤولة وغير ملتزمة بتحمل أي فقد أو ضرر من أي نوع سواء كان ناشئًا عن أي خرق أمني أو ذا صلة به أو عن أي تلاعب في أحد إعدادات الخصوصية أو الإجراءات الأمنية أو اعتراض عمليات النقل (يرجى الاطلاع على شروط الاستخدام). أي عملية نقل تقوم بها تكون على مسؤوليتك الشخصية.

The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to our SSPP or certain functions within our SSPP, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.

كما تتحمل مسؤولية أمن وأمان معلوماتك. في حال قمنا بتزويدك (أو إذا اخترت) كلمة المرور للوصول إلى SSPP أو إلى بعض الوظائف ضمن SSPP الخاص بنا فستكون مسؤولًا على المحافظة على سرية كلمة المرور الخاصة بك. يجب عليك عدم مشاركة كلمة المرور مع أي شخص.
